The staff at Trek Ft Wright, are always best in class. Today I was in need of some cable housing for my dropper post. Something that I would normally order online and have to wait for. I decided to take a chance and see if they sold it in shop, since I didn't want to wait. I was greeted promptly as usual with a welcoming "what brings you in today" I let them know I was looking for some cable housing, after a few minutes of searching their drawer and a quick trip to the back room, they came back with a loose piece of neatly wrapped housing. Just what I was looking for. I asked how much, as there was no retail packaging. He said no charge. I was so surprised by the gesture, and said come on really? at least let me give ya $10 or something. He insisted just take it.
That is how you retain business. I was fully prepared to spend $15-$30 for some cable housing but walked away with exactly what I needed, and got my dropper post back up and running. Thanks for being the best !!

They always take the time to educate me about my bike and how to get the most out of it. Any service they are recommending they show me on my bike why it's needed. They are always good for a laugh as well. I recommend Trek to everyone.

The staff are all fantastic! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and non-pressuring. They feel very genuine in their approach making the shopping experience a pleasure. The store is very well organized and with lots of items on display. Although selection is limited to Trek and Bontrager for the most part, it meets the needs of most people. Maybe Trek can acquire some more brands?

Today was a really happy day because I bought the perfect bike for me. The staff went above and beyond to answer so many questions that I had. I had a test ride which helped me feel secure that I chose the correct bike. I also bought a bike rack and the staff helped me install it correctly. I can't say enough positive things about this place and their customer service.
