I took my bike to the Trek bike shop for a tire service to convert them to tubeless. While many other shops had a lead time of days or even weeks, Micah told me over the phone they could take care of it the same day! I thought I'd be dropping my bike off for service, but instead, Sean started working on it immediately. Not only did he handle the service request, but he also took the time to give my bike a full inspection, making several adjustments as necessary and explaining the process along the way. It was a great experience.
Both Micah and Sean were incredibly professional, patient, and courteous throughout the entire experience. I felt like I was in great hands from start to finish. Even though I brought my Cannondale, not a Trek, they treated it with the utmost respect.
I'm definitely coming back for any future bike service. Huge thanks to Sean for being awesome, and Micah for keeping everything it real. Highly recommend this shop! Don't change a thing.

Awesome experience at Trek bicycle Fort Wright Shop! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed—no pressure, just great service. Was debating about going here, or the bike shop closer to me in Florence. I'm from out of town but I have ridden trek most my life and I knew I could trust them. The customer service was outstanding. Best of all, they knew what they were doing, and got my buddies bike fixed in no time, AND I didn't even have to pay hundreds for a new derailer (as most bike shops would take the easy route without even trying to fix the derailer). I was extremely satisfied with every part of this visit. Thank you for your kindness and expertise. I wish you all the best

The Fort Wright bike location is one of the best around. The level of customer service and knowledge is incredible. Over the last few weeks, I was wanting to purchase a bike rack and have my bike tuned up. I had been doing research online and wasn’t finding anything, so I stopped in their store to talk to a live person and the bike experts. They took the time to discuss the differences between installing a hitch vs the Sea Sucker bike rack technology. I decided to go with the Sea Sucker bike rack and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Major shoutout to Sean who installed the bike rack on my car, answered all my questions, and helped get my bike tuned up. Please give this man a raise and promote him ASAP. In summary, this location is amazing, has knowledge staff, and knows their stuff when it comes to bikes.

Exceptional workmanship and customer service at the Ft. Wright Trek store! Ordered tubes and tires for my Townie Electra and received on-the-spot installation by the kindest young man named Eli. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and efficient. He even tolerated my last-minute impulse purchases and installed a new seat and handlebar grips while I waited. You don’t find this kind of service these days. Thanks Trek and Eli for your dedication to customers.

I visited the Trek Store in Fort Wright last week and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The store representatives were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, offering some truly amazing and insightful advice. They were patient and helpful, even though I ended up feeling a bit bad because I didn't make a purchase (I found a slightly used model elsewhere at a lower price point).
Despite not buying anything on that visit, I would wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone looking for bikes or cycling gear. Their customer service and expertise are top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future. A genuinely great local bike shop!
