Really good Tool to improve your surfing. Good Videos and drills to get your skills up on the board!

The Accelerated Surfer Program and 12-Week Challenge are great; OMBE makes the concepts simple and easy to remember. I realised more improvement in a few months after starting OMBE than in the two years before, which included a few in-person coaching sessions.

I feel like this program is exactly what I need right now. I'm excited to start the 12 week program and progress my surfing, I've been in a surfing rut for way too long.

I really like the way Clayton breaks down the information. I'm a longboarder though and not intending to ride a shortboard ever. I think it would be very helpful to find a way to have tutorials segmented into both styles of surfing for ease of learning. For instance 'duck diving' a SB and a LB. A bit different aren't they. When you did the analisyis on D Howard. Josie P etc you said how much response it recieved. Isn't that a good reason the find a way to make more available for us longboarders? I ride a log and 2 1 (9'6") and sometimes 8'8" the shortest

The content is great. The UX Design of the app and the plat are really really bad. I hardly use the app and the web platform because it is so frustrating to not be able to find anything. I can never find the recordings. Once you joined a group you can’t leave it anymore and no one helps out with it either. As said great content and it improved my surfing BUT the UX design and all user flows are awful.

Hi Luke and the rest of the OMBE team. I just startet to surf having taken a course in Sardegna / Italy. I was told, the waves (approx. 1,5 m) were very steep. I was using an 8.0 foam board, 96l, being 5.8 at 75 kg. in the green wave, I managed the pop-up more often than not, but always too late (being already downhill into the next washing machine :) ). If not thrown of the board at once, I did not manage to get into the "surf-mode", but rather did not know what to do next before then being thrown into the white water. I should mention, that I am still at the state of trying to surf straight towards the beach, i.e. no turns yet. So I think my 2 questions are timing-questions: 1. Knowing where the busstop is, how do I manage to pop up at the right moment. With my mind still in the paddle-mode, once I feel the wave is lifting me up, it seems to be to late already, accelerating downhill fast. :) ? 2. Having popped up, what would be a good trigger word to change from "I need to pop up now" to actually start surfing ? Thanks for your ideas Johan
