5 years agoThey allowed our property manage to take over the job and lie about the extent of bat infestation and left us with a horrible bat feces and urine odor in our home without remediation. They followed a paycheck and left us in. The map showing the service area says they service Flint, so I called and set up the appointment only to receive a return call within 10-minutes stating that they "don't service th ... See MoreALSO DOING BUSINESS AS MICHIGAN WILDLIFE SOLUTIONS, LLC. The map showing the service area says they service Flint, so I called and set up the appointment only to receive a return call within 10-minutes stating that they "don't service that area." Not to wax on about the legality of false advertising but just an FYI. This means not only am I looking for someone else to remove the bat from my bedroom, but I also will need to hire someone else to do the exclusion work which I hope to have done early December. Need to know what all can be done, though. So, a lose-lose. LONG STORY SHORT: NOT RECOMMENDED FOR LACK OF TRANSPARENCY, FALSE ADVERTISING, ILLUSORY PROMISES, AND SUCKING.

See MoreWouldn't recommend. I paid for a service that hasn't been resolved. The last revisit the technician came to the conclusion that my ridge vent is the issue and that it would be an additional charge. I paid over $800 for what looks like a couple toilet paper tubes stuck in various places of my roof.

However, when I got home from work they were ... See MoreI had a bat flying in my house and called this company. Although I gave a deposit I still had to call and confirm. Meanwhile I was advised to cancel and my brother said he capture the bat. However, when I got home from work they were alredy at my house as I noticed a bat door. I was not happy about this since I never confirmed yet. I did get my refund back and ended up calling Roof One who installed my roof. They came out and checked the areas where MBC said he got in but the roofer said there were no cracks and the bat house was just stapled to the siding. The bat was caught the next day by using a plastic flower pot and dustpan. Glad I saved my $600.

They put up the screening with the pipe to remove bats from my attic. The work p ... See MoreTerrible. Gave me a quote verbally of $325.00 then sent me an invoice for $720.00 which I refuse to pay. The owners won’t call me to settle this dispute. They put up the screening with the pipe to remove bats from my attic. The work preformed was done fine but the change in the cost surely wasn’t. The office manager is not willing to check into the information I have given her and just comments “you owe the money, that is the invoice”. Tome that is an awful way to do business. If you ever hire these people make sure you get everything in writing before starting to remove bats or any thing g you have in and around your house.

We found multiple bats somehow getting in our living space and he said we didn’t have a problem. Turns out there was a ton of guano in our attic after MBC said they didn’t find anything. Terrible company and very unprofessional. I would give this company zero stars if it were an option.
