My wife cracked her tooth and got a crown from Dr. Udod and Hailey. We were beyond happy with the care we received here. Hailey went out of her way to make my wife felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. Udod was quick, gentle, and meticulous with his work. Both of them were friendly and professional. It was a great experience for us!

Came in for chipped teeth from fall. Harleen was so kind and made every effort to make me comfortable. Dr Lee explained what the process was and what could happen down the road with the tooth. From beginning to end it was 45 minutes and I was back to work. I was so happy made appointment for teeth cleaning in 2 weeks. Great experience for someone who is not big fan of going to dentist

I have been going here for 10 years. Why? Because of their excellent customer service and phenomenal technical expertise. Starting with the front office. They hire people like Shailee, who takes the time to answer my questions with a smile. You can tell they hire people who like working here and that is seen with the excellent customer service. Shailee took the time to explain a refund I was getting and she didn't act like it was a bother. My dentist, Dr. Benoit and Hailey, her dental assistant, provided exceptionally great service explaining every step in the process of taking care of my cavity. Hailey was a great help with the doctor by being ahead of every next step and working well with the doctor. Dr. Benoit seemed like she was a perfectionist and very detailed in her work. Yet she was very pleasant to talk with even taking time to explain what she was doing. It is like that every time I come in for a visit. The people may change but you get the same excellent service each time you go in there. Great organization ❤️

I have found my experiences with Light Dental to be very positive. Dr. Yin, who is giving me a tooth implant, and her assistant Jan have been great. They clearly explain everything that will be happening. The procedure itself thus far (implant base is in) has been painless. They are also good humored and nice to be around. Dr. Yin’s CV is amazing.

I'd give more stars if I could, this place has been a lifesaver for my kid's dental work! Due to a rare neurological condition (Non-24 Sleep-Wake Disorder), it's difficult to schedule appointments far in advance. Light Dental Studios offers online scheduling and I've even been able to call and get same day appointments. This has made it so I'm able to choose a date/time when I know my kid will be awake. We've had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Opler and Dr. Kyle, who are both incredibly kind and dedicated. I'm shown in advance what insurance will cover and how much I can be expected to pay for each visit. Today I found out they have a payment plan if work needs to be done that may cost more than my budget allows. Everyone on the staff has been excellent and I highly recommend Light Dental Studios to anyone seeking a place that is willing to work with you at your comfort level.

I was so impressed at the dental expertise of Dr. Udod and his team. I have had other dentists complete a bridge and did not have the same smooth experience with clear detailed explanation to my questions. Dr. Udod completed a bridge in a very sensitive area that I have wanted to have worked on for a long time. He and his team explained how the bridge would work and helped me know how it could still work with the surrounding teeth. I felt safe and confident in how skilled and kind they were during all all appointments I had. My best dental experiences ever have been worn this team at Light Studio Dental. One day after my bridge I feel great, which was not my experience with my last bridge. I used to go to Light Dental Studios in UP because it was close to my work at the time and I’ve had great experiences over there with Dr. Judy and Dr. Thomas! Was nervous about switching locations, but very happy to say that every interaction I had in Puyallup from check in, to working with my hygienist Hannah and Dr. Hsu, to check out was all so thorough, positive, kind, and caring. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Opler is a great dentist. He does everything from deep cleaning to Invisalign. No need to get a referral to another dentist or make a separate appointment for a Hygienist. Easy to get last minute appointments, and very clean office. Staff, especially, Amy, is super friendly and welcoming.

I've been looking for a great dentist for years and this place is honestly THE best! Every staff member are welcoming and truly makes you feel comfortable and at home. I have that weird phobia of dentists and the sound of drilling and they comfort me. It's very nice and technology innovative driven which is exactly what I was looking for.

This was the first time going to this dentist and he was extremely great! I didn't have as much pain as I thought I would have. And he made my experience there very pleasant!! I have a follow up next year and will definitely be going back!!!

The dentists are good at their jobs, but the real shining stars are their support staff. I have severe dental anxiety and have never gotten through dentist appointments without crying, often hysterically. Both Ashley's (hygienist and assistant) are so warm, friendly, supportive, and accommodating. Kate at the front desk is validating, advocates for patients, and makes me feel so heard and cared about! All three of them have gone above and beyond with me to make me feel safe, comfortable, and important. Often times I feel like a set of teeth at the dentist, but they make me feel like a whole human. They remember me when I walk through the doors or call. Going to the dentist is still an ordeal for me, but I am so grateful for them. I live in Olympia knowing full well Light Dental Studios has a (probably just as great) location so much closer to me, but they don't have the Ashley's or Kate!

I got a gold crown by Dr. Trieu/ Dr.Udod and Haleigh. Dr. Trieu is the most warm hearted dentist, Dr. Udod, I will have him as my sons dentist, Haleigh makes me happy everyday. I love every moment being in Light Dental. They are my family Highly recommend!

I've been going to Light Dental in Burien for the past year and my only regret is not going sooner! Dr Opler and his assistant Kysla are professional and efficient. Unlike so many other dentist offices, I'm not kept waiting for extended periods of time. I recently had a couple fillings and cosmetic work done and they had me in and out in less than an hour. I cannot recommend more!

Dr.Kyle was great! I have a lot of dental anxiety, and he came in cracking jokes, and being really fun. I made the whole experience a lot better.

All appointments with the staff has been excellent. Being someone with anxiety issues they made me feel really comfortable. They are friendly and ready to laugh and joke with you. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I never been to an event like this for anything health wise. I was a little hesitant at first however I couldn’t bear the tooth pain any longer. I have spirit 105.3 station in my car 24/7 . They keep mentioning Light Dental Studio coming in my area I kept the date and I gave it try. The team was amazing from the entry of the parking up to the dentist chair. I had seen a post 3 days prior to the event for free extractions and fills took my mom to get her moler pulled I need some shaving to adjust my bite .. everyone was awesome great customer service the process was super fast . For a free service they moved quickly only advice to to give maybe give numbers right away a lot of people saving spots for others . Did great guys I’m happy with my bite and my mom is recovering well

If you would like the complete story, keep reading, but THIS IS THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE AND COMPLETE SERVICE I've received from ANYWHERE in recent memory, not just a Dentist. My day started out horribly, waking up at 6am with some serious swelling and pain in my front lower teeth. I don't have the best insurance as I am on a limited income, but I do pay a premium, monthly, and therefore get the benefit of Dentegra being accepted most places. Having not been to the dentist since before the pandemic, my insurance changed and I had to search out a new provider. After cancelling all my Friday work and personal plans, due to the pain and swelling, I turned to my provider's website to find a dentist. I put in the keywords "same day" because I felt as though waiting through the weekend would prove to be a lot of pain and discomfort. THE FIRST THREE dental offices I contacted said either A) they were closing soon and couldnt make me an appointment, or B) didn't answer the phone, and C) NOBODY made any referals when asked about who they may be familiar with that could help me, since they obviously couldn't.... Long story short, it was a Friday shortly after noon and they all didn't seem to care to help... which in turn, actually was a blessing, because call #4 was to Light Dental in Puyallup. Where should I start? They answered, they cared, they listened, they helped me with paperwork, they were fairly priced... literally everything about the appointment from start to finish was unlike any dentist visit I had ever made before (for reference I am 56, so I have plenty of customer service experience, including 30 years working with the public and utilizing superior customer service myself) AND if I'm really being honest, I would say this is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I've received in GENERAL, at any place of business, in the last 10 years. I mean this company has it nailed. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first. They sport a beautiful facility and there are plenty of people working there, so I was a little worried it was more style than substance. WOW, was I wrong about that! The dentist and all associates that I encountered were top notch, very easy to communicate with, and took the time to listen and address my discomfort as well as my other concerns about my oral health (that I wasn't necessarily there to address this particular appointment). I want to do him justice, so I saved Dr. Smolke for last. I just read his dental bio on the Light Dental website AFTER visiting with him... let's just say that his bio is 100% ACCURATE to my experience. I mean, come on people, lol, I AM RAVING ABOUT HOW GREAT A DENTIST IS? AND I AM THE POSTERCHILD FOR POOR ORAL HEALTH... before today I really dreaded going to the dentist, and NOW, I am planning my oral health and working toward a mouthful of healthy smile as I have already booked my overall exam. I really hope they continue to shine and never disappoint, because I really appreciate the fact that I feel like I have a partner to keep me healthy, teach me healthier habits concerning my oral health, and treatments that were almost pain free, even with a nasty abscess causing my pain and discomfort. I really felt next to nothing during the visit today. Dr. Smolke is a master of his craft and I am grateful for his exceptional professionalism, demeanor, and skill. Thank you many times over, Light Dental. I look forward to seeing you all again... WAIT, did I really just say I cant wait to go to the dentist??? Well, check them out, and I'm sure you'll understand why. Don't bother with the others, if you need a dentist, take it from me, GO TO LIGHT DENTAL IN PUYALLUP, your mouth will thank you, and your treatment will be top notch! Take care.

I was traveling back on a flight with my elderly mom and her tooth fell out. She was in critical need of dental care but the issue, common to many people, is that she doesn't like dentists! We had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Kyle and his assistant, Newal. They were fantastic!! Dr. Kyle had two of the characteristics that I look for in a medical professional -- technical expertise and a great bedside manner. When we asked questions, he would explain in layman terms and when he extracted my mom's teeth, he paused throughout to ask if she was feeling pressure vs. pain. I was on my toes, while my mom was perfectly calm...all thanks to Dr. Kyle. I followed up post-extraction with an email and got my questions asked and answered within 24 Horus. Dr. Kyle personally followed up on details that I asked for about her care. We now have a plan for my mom and I'm eternally grateful for the gentle care, clarity and extra special attention by Dr. Kyle. This dental office rocks because they care about their patients!! Highly recommend.

After a less than stellar experience with our prior pediatric dentist, our first visit was so easy! This made my kids and I very comfortable. The hygienists and Dr Micah are fabulous. All of the staff are very personable, and the office is well organized and prompt. The referral to orthodontist was seamless. Dr. Haas and Shannon were amazing with my two anxious pre-teens. There was no pressure and Shannon made sure to tell the boys upfront about the process, highlighting NO PAIN and nothing scary happens in that chair. Shannon and Dr Haas were very open about the orthodontic plan and asked both kids and parents for questions and feedback. They are very accommodating and so kind. My family and I are very happy.
