I recently purchased a Trek Checkpoint SL6 from another Trek store. Because of some 'behind the scenes' issues, the sale was transferred to the Woolloongabba store.This Woolloongabba store was very easy to deal with and all staff members I had contact with were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I was on a bike touring trip. I needed a bike box. These guys said absolutely no problem took care of me. They’re friendly. They answered any questions I had. They showed me things that I wasn’t gonna buy because they had a customer that was curious about new biking gear.

I took my ebike in for repair and there was a bit of a mishap. However, I was loaned an equivalent bike until we sorted out an amicable solution. Throughout the process I was treated extremely fairly and overall I’m very happy with the outcome and I’d recommend these guys without question.

Picked up a new helmet, Oakley. I've been through a few helmets so I'm fussy, but this one is great. Then they let me hang out in the aircon for a bit while I waited for my friend to arrive. Can't ask for more than that.
