I was on a bike touring trip. I needed a bike box. These guys said absolutely no problem took care of me. They’re friendly. They answered any questions I had. They showed me things that I wasn’t gonna buy because they had a customer that was curious about new biking gear.
They’re a great representation of your company. I went in on March 3 2016 and the two gentlemen working in the morning. They were outstanding employees. Thank you.

I took my ebike in for repair and there was a bit of a mishap. However, I was loaned an equivalent bike until we sorted out an amicable solution. Throughout the process I was treated extremely fairly and overall I’m very happy with the outcome and I’d recommend these guys without question.

Picked up a new helmet, Oakley. I've been through a few helmets so I'm fussy, but this one is great. Then they let me hang out in the aircon for a bit while I waited for my friend to arrive. Can't ask for more than that.

If I could give 6 Stars I would. These guys took my Scott Genius and did an incredible service on it eradicating underlying issues and taking the bike from 0 to 100 overnight. Something not even the place I originally bought it from was able to do. They went above and beyond in getting me back on the trails. Really happy, Thanks lads!
