Clean tidy store with hand sanitizers available. We were served straight away politely. We told them what our needs and budget were to which a bike was found, explained about, answered our questions and bought in no time at all. They even gave us a discount withoit asking for one. Great customer service, the strap that holds the magnet to the crank shaft for the cadence sensor was breaking and I forgot to mention it. I noticed after the service that this had been fixed as part of the service. Aside from that the service was fine, everything looked good and the bike felt fine on the first ride following.
