A shout out to Ben and the team at Trek Woolloongaba. I broke my crank a week and a half ago. Took the bike in to Trek. I asked about the Shimano warranty on the off chance they would do something since I’d had the bike for 4 years. Ben said absolutely! He thought that they could and they did. Replaced full Ultegra crankset under warranty! While that was going on I needed an urgent service for my old bike to make our Christmas ride last Sat. Not a worry. Now I have my two Treks in superb condition. Thanks guys!
