The bike I bought online was uncomfortable so when I rode past Trek and saw the "Townies" outside I stopped to have a look. There were more inside, so in I went. Then, I saw it! On a dais, covered with fake grass stood a shiny black bike with whitewall tires and lime green rims. It was covered in Day of the Dead skulls in the brightest pink, green, yellow and blue. The wide seat also had Day of the Dead skulls embossed into the black fake leather. The handlebars has black fake leather tassles dangling from them. It was the most ridiculous bike a nearly 50 year old woman could possibly imagine to buy! I tested it. It was super comfy. It was adjusted for me. It was even more comfy. It was still ridiculous and out of my price range. It was RIDICULOUS! It was on sale. I layby-ed it. Now, all I can think about is getting on my new beautiful, ridiculous bike and having people point and laugh while I comfortably ride to work. Thank you, Trev. Thank you, Trek.

These guys have been excellent! Bought the Fuel 9.8. Absolutely loving it and have been smashing it around for the last few months But developed a dry creaking sound from the pedal area. Called the guys up " no probs drop it in and we'll get it sorted".
Dropped it off, by Tuesday got the call that the bike is all fixed up. Not only that the mechanic got on the phone and talked through everything they done and tested it properly!
Picked my rig up and its perfect again!! Not only did they wash, but did not want a cent for the works either!
