I have been cycling for many years and have been to many bike shops. I recently had a crack form in my carbon road bike that I purchased from YJ, I returned to the shop to show Troy the problem. He took the required photographs as requested by Trek. Trek reviewed the photographs and happily replaced my frame no questions asked. I can honestly say that the quality, professional and friendly service that the Yellow Jersey Bike Shop give is second to none.
