I have been cycling for many years and have been to many bike shops. I recently had a crack form in my carbon road bike that I purchased from YJ, I returned to the shop to show Troy the problem. He took the required photographs as requested by Trek. Trek reviewed the photographs and happily replaced my frame no questions asked. I can honestly say that the quality, professional and friendly service that the Yellow Jersey Bike Shop give is second to none. I got my bike in the car, drove to this place and when I arrived I was told it would take one week before they could service my bicycle. I said I was happy to wait, then I was told we don't have the space to store your bike here so you need to bring it home and then bring it back again.
I thought that was a bit so so. Anyways they lost me as customer as I think this is just bad service.
