Trent served me and I have to say his service was brilliant. He listened to what I wanted and presented the options to me in a logical way that made me feel I was being told about products that suited me, not what the store wanted to clear which happens so often in the bike business. I felt confident that I ended up buying the bike that was best suited to my style of riding and my plans for the future, the bike was a Fuel EX 9.8. The setting up of the bike and explanation of the features was done the same day, as I was upgrading from a 12 year old hardtail there were lots of new features and for these guys no question was too dumb, I left feeling I was ready to hit the trails. The bike is sensational, perfect for what I want and I am confident that it will do me well when my fitness improves and I get back into some racing. I am now a convert to the 29" wheels and I was surprised how quick this thing turns for a 29". Seriously the 29" Fuel EX 9.8 is an awesome bike and so much fun, the guys at Woolloongabba trek made the whole experience even better.
