If I could give 6 Stars I would. These guys took my Scott Genius and did an incredible service on it eradicating underlying issues and taking the bike from 0 to 100 overnight. Something not even the place I originally bought it from was able to do. They went above and beyond in getting me back on the trails. Really happy, Thanks lads!

I don't often write reviews, wanted to do this one for Trek Bicycles Gabba, as I believe the measure of a person or a company is how they react to when things don't go as planned...
The team at Trek Bicycle Gabba were amazing, from getting my bike assembled to my specifications, storing it and taking it to their protective wrapping person (charged direct to the wrapper) and then showing me the way the bike works - BUT (read on);
After only a couple of rides the bike developed a really loud creak. When I called the team at Trek Bicycles Gabba they immediately asked me to bring the bike in to them for them to have a look at. As soon as I arrived, they jumped straight onto it, found a faulty part and went in to bat for me with their supplier. The result is an upgraded part, something they did not need to do or fight for, but they did!
