Helpful team let down by the workshop. Built my new Madone SL7 but a number of quality control issues 1. Built the bike but when I arrived to collect bike it was not set up to Retul bike fit data sheet I provide them. Machanic said to me "I just build the bike" 2. Mechanic never tested shifting. My first ride front derailleur was completely out of alignment and would not shift into big chain ring 3. Bar tape unraveled in first week. 4. Seat post bolts came loose in the first week. The store rectified all this, but these issues should have been picked up in quality control processes.

Most of the guys who work here are great. They've got a fairly decent range of stuff and are in a very convenient location. This place has been my go-to for a good 2 years. But its also recently become home to a very unforgiving bike mechanic. I pay to have my hybrid commuter bike serviced - don't have the skills and generally don't mess with it myself. It's been done 3 times in the past year. A small issue came up after the latest service which resulted in me taking it back to the shop. I wasn't expecting to be given a 10 minute lecture or guilt tripped for, among other things, interrupting his day. I was also given some unsubstantiated information about my bike that turned out to be false. He misidentified the model and made some false assumptions based on that. Long story short, one mechanic here is too judgemental and kinda sucks with people. The rest of the staff have been on point. Unfortunately will have to find another shop.

Went there to look and work out a suitable bike. Got brushed off as a non-serious buyer because I wasn’t sure about which model. Pretty rude. Won’t go again. Just bought a $14,000 Cervelo. Stay away

Staff were great, particularly Mark, but had to leave because the music was so terrible. Who wants to listen to loud club music bouncing off concrete walls when you’re trying to buy a bike? Couldn’t hear myself think, let alone have an actual conversation with the staff.

I walked into this store last weekend to look at an e-bike for my daughter. We received no service whatsoever, not a scrap of acknowledgement that we were even in the store!. This is in spite of us spending about 15-20 minutes in the store, during which time I wandered the whole store, and my husband checked every e-bike and even pulled a bike off a rack to look at! Prior to that we'd been at Giant in the city, and Planet Cycles up the road checking out e-bike options. Both stores were great to deal with, showed us various options and answered all our questions. We won't walk back into this store again.

I've been there four times over the past two years and have actually been served only once. EVERY time the staff seem too busy even though there are few customers around. I've gone in twice with the intention of buying and/or testing Trek bikes I've researched online. I've been pulling bikes off the shelf myself to look at. I've waited at the counter. I've walked around the store. The last two times I set a timer on my phone and left after 20 minutes. Still to date, after four visits, no-one has ever even spoken to me. Because I could not get served I went and bought two bikes and supplies from elsewhere even though Trek may well have been first choice. You seem to get very good reviews otherwise - it would be great if you could sort this out.

Hi all, a couple of years ago I bought a new Giant Advanced 2 from Troy at their Ipswich store, the frame developed a small crack around the Bottom Bracket and it began to screem when pedalling which was embarrassing. I called the store and they told me they no longer sold Giant bikes and directed me to a dealer, I went to Tom Wallace cycles who inspected the bike and said if I bought it from them I could claim on the lifetime warranty because I didn't this was bad luck. I persisted although worried the frame may fail...3 weeks ago it did in a hard corner at 38km/h. Suffice to say I lost much skin and pride on that bend, the bike is a "write off". When Troy says in his new ads "we stand behind the product we sell" I cringe having experienced what I have, no doubt people and business change all the time, give him a go. I did once now never again. I called this store to see if they could help out especially during their birthday celebration sale and considering the support I received, as our Subaru Dealership is a few doors down...do you think Troy could empathize? Business really is Business and feedback is my gift, it's what you do that will make the difference.

Useless for bike servicing. Two years ago I brought my bike in for a simple chain replacement that ended up taking over three weeks to get done. As the location is convenient to me, I came back recently to get a quote and then repairs done after a crash. The quote they sent was missing lots of damage. I asked for the quote to be updated. Emails, calls and two visits to the store over three weeks couldn’t solve the problem, as the guy who did the initial quote was never in store and incapable of returning a call. Ended up taking the bike to another store who did the quote and repairs in a day. Was looking at purchasing a Top Fuel from this store but after seeing how incompetent the staff are (just one in particular), I’ll shop elsewhere.

I went to the shop when they had the 9 people restriction but there was no designated waiting area. Everyone claimed that they came before me. I was definitely not the last to arrived there. Staff did nothing about it. Disappointed.

I went into Trek Woolloongabba today for assistance as the Roscoe I bought has required 3 services / adjustments in 8 months despite infrequent use. The Customer service by the staff was appalling. All they did was point out every scratch on the bike and said the bike has been mistreated. I won’t be buying another Trek or recommending the brand.

Customer service skills non existent. Walked in - I’m the only customer in shop. 2 staff behind the counter. A while later and I’m waiting for some kind of interest from the staff. Not happening. Eventually went to counter to talk about bikes but staff members obviously not interested in my business. Walk out.

The worst customer service and interaction, period ! I used to sell trek bikes years ago and have worked with other few stores but it looks like these guys are least bothered about the people walking through their door. After walking 15 mins in the shop trying to get someones attention, i get to speak to a very cold salesman who ends up walking to another customer who just walked into the shop. Well, you lost on a bike sale by choosing to keep busy with him instead while other staff members went chatting away in the back of the shop. Probably should try and stop relying on great bikes that fetch you reviews and focus on your teams interaction skills.

I’m sure their customer service is great as if you get their attention. Was going to get myself the slash after a long saving and research. Well wait for 15 min for your sale try to finish his talk to his customer at the counter but he keeps going So i did leave. I might not be the biggest buyer for you i’m sorry but if this not happening i would have the bike that i want today. Thank you

Very dissapointing experience. Brought my bike in with a broken chain and was told it was irreparable and that I would have to buy a new chain from them. Left to planet cycles across the road to get a second opinion and they quickly and cheaply repaired my chain. Been over a year now and the repaired chain is still going strong!

I carry a tire to make the corresponding maintenance, service that pays in advance. They told me that the next eight days could pick it up. Finally I passed15 days after due work and that day did not find the rim and the response of the store is that there was still no service that it seems to me with a lack of respect with the client since the solution to this breach was not even passing in a couple of days but a New number of days. That is, they do not meet the day of delivery but also the solution is coming days later. Terrible service.
