Pathetic experience. The staff are not interested in doing the work and always making excuses. I had gone there to get my bike's chains replaced and one staff started to advise me that there was no problems with chains. When I insisted ,he started shouting at me ,so I left the place. As soon as, I started riding my bike, again the chains got dislodged, so went to a nearby shop named planet bicycle at Wollongabba and they immediately replaced them. Worst service.

I would give 0 stars if an option. The service was bad, the bike was poorly handled, very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Had to call 3 times to follow up after being told each time they would be in touch..... Plenty of other bike shops around!!!

Took my bike in for one repair but a series of other works were performed in the process without warning, quote, or permission. Had to foot the bill. When I complained I was told that "my feedback would be taken on board". I notice in Blake Shaw's post below Yellow Jersey also "found another problem" and fixed it. Pattern emerging...

Walked in, to not be greeted by the person at the front desk. (But in her defence she was on the phone so completely understandable). As i walked around, i was looking for tyres, bar tape, and shoes/pedals/cleats. Note: im fairly new to bike riding so i didnt know what i was looking at. A group of fellas were in the workshop, a few looked at me then continued their conversation, laughing and what not. I come from a hospitality background, so i thought id test it. I walked around for a good 10minutes to find no one came out to help me or even speak to me or say a simple hello. I thought id go to the store as i was helped by the bike mechanic of yellow jersey at the king george square and he was more than willing to answer my questions and directed me to the shop, i even rode there from the city. But unfortunately, the customer service wasnt the same thing. Wont be shopping here ever.
