My husband visited Trek Gabba while on holiday from NZ. Explained that he was looking at mountain bikes and wanted an honest opinion as to the style of bike that would best suit his needs back home. The staff member that he spoke with was happy to spend over half an hour with him explaining that the model that he was considering was not the best option and setting out the alternatives. It was refreshing to speak with someone who wanted to put the customer on the correct bike and not merely sell a model that was in store that they simply wanted to move. Highly recommend this store. I had Trek service two bikes and I could not have been happier with the work done. The way they explained what they did to the bikes and why was second to none.
Parking is tricky, but the quality service deserves 5 stars!
