I have always had good service here. Although the workshop is normally busy, getting what you need done is no problem if you plan ahead and have a conversation. I have always managed to build good relationships with the people here. A shout out to Christian who has now moved on travelling, but also a nod to Connor who looks after me now. But all the staff I have dealt with are friendly and helpful.
As far as the workshop goes, it can be hard finding consistency in the bike service world because mechanics tend to move around a bit. I have had times when something is a bit off mechanically and I have swung by on the way home and these guys have thrown my bike on the stand and sorted it out there and then no charge. My last service replaced virtually all the running gear, but the workshop was super quick installing and tuning the gear an I had my bike back mid afternoon. It has not needed any adjustments in the months after, which is a pleasing result after the major install I had done, and a testament to the mechanic. That's why I bought my bike here and that's why I keep going back there for the past 7 years. So yes, I recommend Dimity Scott and the team at Trek Wooloongabba.
