The servicing staff are very knowledgeable, informative and good at explaining the jargon/specifics to a new cyclist. Great customer experience from buying the bike to recent complimentary tune!

My husband visited Trek Gabba while on holiday from NZ. Explained that he was looking at mountain bikes and wanted an honest opinion as to the style of bike that would best suit his needs back home. The staff member that he spoke with was happy to spend over half an hour with him explaining that the model that he was considering was not the best option and setting out the alternatives. It was refreshing to speak with someone who wanted to put the customer on the correct bike and not merely sell a model that was in store that they simply wanted to move. Highly recommend this store. Cheers Winston.

I had Trek service two bikes and I could not have been happier with the work done. The way they explained what they did to the bikes and why was second to none. Parking is tricky, but the quality service deserves 5 stars!

These guys are AWESOME! I had a tricky warranty claim for my e-bike that other dealers wouldn’t help with. Trek at the Gabba really went in to bat for me and got a great outcome. Big thanks to Dimity and Connor in particular - really appreciate it :-)

Very friendly customer service. Very caring people. Good quality service. If there were 10 stars instead of 5, I'd definitely would have put 10/10.

Busy store, great team and advice, and a good range of pre-built bikes. They can also get specific frame sizes quickly from other SEQ Trek stores. Excellent bike servicing from Connor and the workshop team makes for long term peace-of-mind with Trek bikes.

Great service and i'm totally satisfied as a customer. Visited Trek Bikes today to replace a broken crank on my bike. "99 bikes" quoted me 50$ for that operation, but i'm on a budget and googled the other service. Thus i've found Trek Bicycle Wooloongabba, because they quoted me 35$ by phone. The staff was very welcoming and my service-man Connor was friendly, polite, and professional. Finally, then the work was done, Connor charged me only 20$. I wish you the best of luck! Amazing experience!

I have always had good service here. Although the workshop is normally busy, getting what you need done is no problem if you plan ahead and have a conversation. I have always managed to build good relationships with the people here. A shout out to Christian who has now moved on travelling, but also a nod to Connor who looks after me now. But all the staff I have dealt with are friendly and helpful. As far as the workshop goes, it can be hard finding consistency in the bike service world because mechanics tend to move around a bit. I have had times when something is a bit off mechanically and I have swung by on the way home and these guys have thrown my bike on the stand and sorted it out there and then no charge. My last service replaced virtually all the running gear, but the workshop was super quick installing and tuning the gear an I had my bike back mid afternoon. It has not needed any adjustments in the months after, which is a pleasing result after the major install I had done, and a testament to the mechanic. That's why I bought my bike here and that's why I keep going back there for the past 7 years. So yes, I recommend Dimity Scott and the team at Trek Wooloongabba.
