This place is really nice and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They’re masterful in their knowledge of different types of bikes for all kinds of needs and bike maintenance. Yuan Jie took a lot of time to explain to us the different steps to take care of bikes. Darren and David were solid staff too. A super place to visit if you need to know all about bikes. Look out for Yuan Jie, he’s great!

Went to the shop to get my chainring swap and cassette installed by Jap, their lead mechanic. Jap was knowledgeable to know about my current setup that there might be some issues pertaining to shifting and advice me accordingly if I were to persists in continuing with the installation. At the end he still did the job and the shifting did workes out fine as long as I follow what he says. And he did gave me advice on what I should do for what I wanted to do for my bike. Honest and knowledgeable mechanic.
YJ who served me thru my 1st contact thru WhatsApp, pushed for my appt the very nxt day, which I needed my bike to be ready for Sunday test ride before my Taiwan trip. I'm glad they made it happen. Thanks to both Jap and YJ for making this happen!!! Ps. Hope i got ur name right, YJ!

I’m always happy to visit Trek Bicycle Singapore – East Coast. The staff there are consistently helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would like to especially commend YJ (YOUR THE MAN! Dude!), who always takes the time to not only recommend the right items but also explain clearly how to use them. He shares a lot of useful tips and hacks, ensuring that I install and use the products correctly and safely.

went to Trek to ask about servicing a bike I’d recently bought second hand, and the team — especially YJ and Farhan, couldn’t have been more helpful! They went above and beyond on a Sunday evening, offering to do a quick spot check since their in-store mechanic was about to go on leave for a week, just to save me a wasted trip if the bike wasn’t worth servicing. I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer care. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced such friendly and thoughtful service in-store.
