I had a very good experience at Trek East Coast. Yuan Jie and David were both patient and helpful in resolving some problems with my two 15 year-old road bikes. YJ took the trouble to source parts I needed but couldn’t find. David was very knowledgeable and willing to share. He took the trouble to explain details of the service to be carried out, and both bikes ride great now. I’m very pleased with the service and now consider this shop my go-to bike shop for both service and advice. These guys make me feel welcome at the shop.
