Exceptional customer service! Going above and beyond for a random customer dropping in with his bike. Brought in my bicycle to seek help with a stuck pedal. Shop attendant WJ without hesistation took the bike from me and proceeded to help remove them. He also helped grease the thread and also did a quick check on the gear indexing and wipe down. Bought some items from them as a form of gratitude. Will definitely make this my go-to bike shop going forward! Thanks WJ and David the excellent customer service!

Sent my 7 year old Giant Content 1 for an almost complete refurb (changed tyres, brake pads, cassette, chain etc) and was attended to by David who patiently explained what required changing & also individual items on the invoice when the job was done. So far so good & the bike rides smoothly!
