the store and service was amazing. all three staff members at the store darren, david and YJ were really kind. came there to just replace my chain, but the mechanic told me that my derailleur hanger was also loose. the mechanic here was also very honest, as the last few stores had told me to buy new derailleur from them but here they just charged 39 to get the hanger and fix it on the bike. along with amazingly servicing my bike and making it extremely smooth they also let me test ride my dream bike, the trek madone sl 7 gen 8 project one. definitely worth coming here and i will always choose this store for anything related to bikes

I had such a great experience at Trek, East Coast Singapore. YJ was genuinely amazing. He was super diligent with the service and made sure that everything was perfect. What truly stood out was his willingness to share his knowledge - he also took the time out of his day and gave me a free, hands-on lesson on bike maintenance and the gear that I would need. He was incredibly kind and helpful. Stellar service and really nice guy.

My bike looks brand new and they were super thorough, telling me exactly what needed to be done and did just that. Huge thanks to David for the excellent work on my wife’s bike—he serviced the steerer and tuned the gears with precision and care. Even though it wasn’t a full service, the attention to detail made a big difference in how the bike feels now.
Also want to give a shoutout to YJ for being approachable and sharing about the group rides Trek Singapore organises. It’s always nice to meet staff who are passionate about cycling and community building.
