YJ was honestly amazing. He is a true bike specialist who really knows his stuff inside out. You can tell he has deep knowledge about bikes, but what I appreciated most is that he never tried to upsell or push anything unnecessary. He actually took the time to understand what I needed, explained things clearly, and gave genuine, honest advice.
He made the whole experience easy, comfortable, and stress-free, and you really feel like he cares about getting you the right bike, not just making a sale. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, I’d 100% recommend going to YJ.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Saw me unload my bike from car and straightaway came to assist me. After fixing it took it out to put back in my car. While I was there I watched the staff greet every single customer that came in and enquired for their needs. One customer wanted a bike repair part that they didn’t stock. Yet the staff went through the trouble of pointing out on phone map and gave directions as to where he could it from another bike shop down the road.
