I recently bought the Domane Al 2 as my first road bike, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team in David and YJ were really friendly and were extremely helpful. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences and offered their professional advice when I mentioned of the thought of upgrading the groupset. They also very kindly explained the different tiers of groupsets to me in detail, which was extremely helpful as a beginner. Their customer service is truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a new bike but unsure where to start!
