I'm very happy with my experiences at TREK.
My first experience was with YJ and Darren, where I had a flat tire and happened to be near the store. I came by and they helped me inflate it, even before their opening hours. I wasn't even a paying customer! This left a good impression, so I decided to return.
My second experience, I was assisted by David. I was deciding whether I could fix my old bike or should get a new one. I was pleasantly surprised by how generous he was with his knowledge and time, patiently answering all my questions and proactively giving me advice as to which bike would be most suited for my needs. I felt confident and safe in his hands.
My third experience was when I came down to collect my new Trek FX3. Darren and Jap helped me prepare and receive my bike smoothly, even though it seemed to be a busy day. Upon riding my new bike, the gears started skipping, so I brought it back and Jap fixed it quickly with no issue.
Today, I went in to fix a threading issue on my bolts (my own installation mistake). David and YJ assisted me, and again they were very helpful with all my questions. I felt taken care of as a customer. David even took the time to adjust my bike setup for better comfort, repositioning the handlebars, brakes, shifters and saddle.
I'm really impressed by how the staff consistently go the extra mile. I truly feel the value of my time, energy and money spent here. It feels like a relationship, rather than a transaction. Would highly recommend TREK East Coast to all!
