I’ve had an excellent experience visiting Trek ECP since it opened. I’ve been there three times, and yesterday I placed an order for the Madone SLR 7 AXS Gen 8 (Carbon Red Smoke).
A big thanks to YJ for his outstanding support. He was incredibly patient in explaining the different Madone models and key components, and arranging a test ride. The 90KM test ride, which included both flat terrain and climbs, gave me a great feel for the bike and its power. The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended!
