Friendly efficient staff. I went in to day with a blown out tube, and in need of a new light and stand. Charlie the tube and accessory man showed me the new accessories (huge range of Bontrager goodies) and Viola ! A near new bike with one happy cyclist !

Was struggling to find a suitable set of carbon rim brake wheels for an old but very good bike. Contacted the guys on the phone and they were very helpful. Set me up with a great wheel set - converted to tubeless for me with no hassles and a good price. Picked it up the same day(they were incredibly busy). Great service.
