Bontrager accessories are very good and staff are consistently very helpful, although weekends are very busy so it’s much better to visit midweek (I don’t have a Trek bike but I have helmet, shoes and front & rear lights that I use the blender system to mount seamlessly under my stem). Customer service policy is excellent with trek. My rear light lost charge way before promised duration. I purchased it from a stockist (as I didn’t know Carnegie Trek existed) & they wanted me to bring the light in for a weeks worth of testing etc to assess it. I called Trek to see if they could help and they changed it over straight away. Light works perfectly! Can’t recommend Trek highly enough as a brand that supports their products!
