Trek is a well reputable brand for producing superb quality push bikes. Trek offers wide range of bikes from everyday Urban commuting to high-end Road bikes to Mountain bikes or Electric bike. Was served by Duncan and his service is excellent. Very friendly, great patience and knowledgeable. Also, you can request for a test ride bikes of your interests

I bought a precaliber kid bike for my son couple of weeks ago. We waited for assembling the new bike up in store, not taking too long, may be a bit rush. My son was so excited to ride back with me until he found why his bike doesn’t have a bell, and I checked further and found it doesn’t install reflect lights as well- sort of basic safety components. I called the store and ride back to install. Charlie was very helpful and patient. Excellent service, so I bought another road bike for my wife one week later.
Over all, there are knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service.

Had to make two trips to fix tubeless tyres. Wrong valve sizes so couldn’t pump them up, too much sealant which blocked the valves. Took to another bike shop to fix, they were baffled by the poor service.

Called to buy a chain repair tool to fix a broken link but they didn't have one in stock. Ok. Instead offered to sell me chain. I point out that would be useless unless I change the cassette. Agrees.
Need the repair to get riding again, ask to use their tool. No.
Basically, couldn't sell me anything, offered bad advice and then wouldn't even bother to help. Great business model!
