I rode from Dandenong to Carnegie just before Carnegie my chain broke I bought the bike where Trek is now went in told The gentleman my story he went out back and came out and said we could put a link on for you late next week I have given away tubes helped people on the road on bike paths I have been helped wow I thought. Extreamely BAD customer service! I ordered a bike that was the wrong size. Came into the shop with my mother for an exchange 3 day's later. And Alfie the store bike fitter flat out refused due to myself calling the shop to be updated over a 6 month period to see when the bike would be available. I have records of phone calls and also e-mails that clearly show, I only contacted the store a handful of time's. The outcome was being forced into a refund because they did not want to deal with me. All this due to me wanting a bike. Also on another occasion myself just happen to be in the area and wanting an update. I was bullied once again, intimidated and coerced so badly. I did end up loosing my temper and swore once which I apoloigized straight away. In addition I have now contacted Trek Head Office and they stated there has been numerous complaints about this store in particular and store manager Scott Clement.

Appalled at the attitude from the guy at front desk. After going in store and a quick look I could not see the bike i was after. I approached the guy at the desk to ask if they had any more 12 inch bikes in stock as there was only 1 in store. As I said hi, he anticipated I was going to ask him a question and he nearly fell off his chair while waiving his arms and making it clear that he could not be spoken to. He was sat at the front desk but out of bounce for customers. I asked him the question anyway and he answered no. It took me around 3 seconds to ask the question and less than 1 second for him to answer no. I immediately walked out with the feeling of regret having entered the store and then walked into the other 2 bike stores within walking distance and received a friendly welcome from both other store staff. Ended up making a bike purchase including lighting and tools. Will never go to Trek Carnegie again.

Booked in my Trek on 20th June for level 2 service with chain and derailleur replacement. Dropped off the bike at 9am and advised me to pick it up Friday the 22nd june as the Derailleur wasn't in stock. Followed up Thursday to see the progress, then advised me to come by 5pm Friday to pick up. Arrived 22nd Friday 5pm, my bike hasn't even touched, no one informed me, zero communication. Staff member's response to me was, sorry can't do anything now, part is not here etc. Wasted my time Friday and messed up my plans I had for Saturday. After telling the staff member couple of times that his answer was not good enough, he just tuned up the gears and returned the bike back to me. Advised me that part will arrive monday and someone will call me. Followed up monday arvo, said it will arrive later that day and will give me a call. Until today not a single call. Worst customer experience I have ever had.

Asked them to pack a bike before saturday, they didn't pack the bolts to lock the bike wheel, trip is setback by a bit Absolutely would not want to pack with them again

My experience in this store was poor. Rude staff made me feel like I didn't belong. Felt like some sort of discrimination. Not recommended if you're from overseas.

Went there looking for a bike and very disappointed because the sales was arrogant and seems did not want to help me to find the right bike to suite my budget. I change my mind straightaway and decided not to buy bike there.
