Booked in my Trek on 20th June for level 2 service with chain and derailleur replacement. Dropped off the bike at 9am and advised me to pick it up Friday the 22nd june as the Derailleur wasn't in stock. Followed up Thursday to see the progress, then advised me to come by 5pm Friday to pick up. Arrived 22nd Friday 5pm, my bike hasn't even touched, no one informed me, zero communication. Staff member's response to me was, sorry can't do anything now, part is not here etc. Wasted my time Friday and messed up my plans I had for Saturday. After telling the staff member couple of times that his answer was not good enough, he just tuned up the gears and returned the bike back to me. Advised me that part will arrive monday and someone will call me. Followed up monday arvo, said it will arrive later that day and will give me a call. Until today not a single call. Worst customer experience I have ever had.
