I live 2hrs away from this store, spoke to Lauren over the phone who got the Dual Sport 2 ready for test ride same day in short notice. Such a nice comfortable ride and I knew this was the bike for me. Highly recommend this store!

The team are switched on. They know when you enter the store and offer help but are not pushy. When you request help, they know their product and are great a determining what will suit your needs. I have purchased shoes and a helmet from 2 different team members and both were enthusiastic and not the typical sales assistants you find.

I recently purchased an e-bike from Trek Bicycle Carnegie and Mike was great in explaining the type of electric motors and the pros and cons of each.. When I experienced a technical issue (my fault), the workshop guys were very quick to resolve the issue within a few minutes!! Well done guys and happy to deal with Trek Bicycle Carnegie again!

These guys are excellent. No argument. My family own a number of top end mountain bikes, ebikes and then some mid-range kit from a range of manufacturers. Alfie, Elliott, Cam, Michael and Chris (who have I missed?) are always incredibly supportive, courteous and thorough. I have been to every bike shop within a 10km radius of Malvern Central and these guys are without question the best mechanics. They are serious cyclists that do their work with care and pride. The Trek gear they sell is top end quality at a reasonable price.

Service is second to none. Alfie the bike mechanic knows everything you can know about bikes and is always going above and beyond to make sure my bike up to scratch. I called up today to see if someone can take my pedals off because I couldn’t get it done at home. Alfie took them off and even offered to replace them with new ones I had just bought.
