Fantastic Service at Trek Carnegie. Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon, Lewis managed to juggle a few customer at the same time whilst not making any of them wait too long! Lewis was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Well done mate and he also managed to fit in 2 test rides for my wife and I. Can’t wait to come back in a few weeks and buy the bikes! With a huge range of high quality bikes and accessories, all neatly arranged to make a great store layout that is easy to navigate. Getting my bike serviced was super easy and quick. The shops hours are very convenient, as they are open 7 days a week. Overall the best bike shop in Melbourne.
