Fantastic Service at Trek Carnegie. Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon, Lewis managed to juggle a few customer at the same time whilst not making any of them wait too long! The shops hours are very convenient, as they are open 7 days a week. Overall the best bike shop in Melbourne.

I've never had a reason to doubt the integrity of TREK Bikes staff and their service. My local store staff (Carnegie Victoria) couldn't be more helpful whether it be purchasing a bike, servicing or getting advice of accessories. I recently had my main bike stolen. The staff at TREK Carnegie just about moved heaven and earth helping to get a replacement.
Recently bought my 4th bike from Trek Carnegie and all the above praise still applies without exception.
I can't recommend the staff and service there more highly.
