Never let down when I go inside a Trek Shop! Chad took care of writing up my request without any issues. I was so excited when I picked up my bike with new tubeless tires and shiny new bar tape.
Also felt welcoming with the discussions about group rides and finding community in the area. Thanks y'all!

The best bike shop around! Aaron was so helpful and personable!! He talked to both my kids and helped them pick out a bike they love and fit them well! They are so excited and both commented on how the guys there are so fun and made it a great experience!
