Great service from Aaron in Flower Mound, top notch and would highly recommend. Super easy process to order online, super quick build process at the shop, and happened to find an absolute diamond that had been in a box for a while in the back. I fell in love immediately with what I had ordered after Aaron told me to swing by. I have another bike on the way, was thrilled with the service, but this flat black FX 2 with gold accent will be my favorite for quite some time. Thank you to the Trek team for helping pair me with my dream ride.

Great place for you and your bike. Every time I have been in here the customer service is friendly and super helpful. Just took my road bike in for Level 2 Service package Josh was great to discuss what would be involved with service and providing accurate date for it to be finished. Derek did a great job getting my bike in superb riding and shifting form. Highly recommend Trek - repeat customer and will be back again and again.

Best customer service in the Flower Mound area - mechanics are spot on and know their stuff - great explanation of what exactly is needed and of options to get resolution. Timely turn-around. Highly, highly recommend for bike purchases, bike gear and FOR SURE bike service.

I took my son’s bike into Trek Bicycle Flower Mound and it was an excellent experience. The guys at the shop were very friendly and provided excellent service. They did quality work fixing the bike and had it back to me in two days. The prices are very reasonable as well. Trek Bicycle Flower Mound exceeded all my expectations and I highly recommend them if you looking for a bicycle or need it serviced!
