I love this place and everybody that works there. I have an ebike that is not from their shop, but they welcomed me right in their family. When I need new tires, Mike told me, " Lonnie, I don't know much about your bike, but we can learn together. It is rare to have people these days. The shops mechanic is the best he has my bike (Luna) running like he just gave it a tune up every time I leave that shop. You guys are saved in my under my family contact in my phone.

I love this shop and it's the only place I'll take my bike for work. It's a large retail brand but still has that local bike shop feel. A great group of guys work there and they always make me feel welcomed. I've brought my Checkpoint in several times, sometimes for things I probably could have handled myself. They fix my bike and teach me a few things in the process. They stand by their work and it's always a pleasure to visit.

Excellent customer service!!! I am dependent upon a knee scooter due to ankle surgery, and my all terrain knee scooter had a sidewall blow out on a Sunday afternoon. Trek Bicycle in Flower Mound had the inner tube in stock, and for a nominal fee fixed it in no time. They were an absolute life saver for someone who was immobile!

Seriously top notch. The manager here and service employees are knowledgeable, helpful, courteous. It’s a great shop, but just also feels like you are truly welcome every time I stop in. Fantastic bike shop, really couldn’t ask for more.

My salesman Dan made it a fun enjoyable experience to get my TREK bike. It was an anniversary/Valentine’s Day surprise gift from my husband. I was so happy even walking in, because I love riding, and haven’t been able to in a year as my bike is in Arizona. So I’m finally close to getting back to what I love!! Then I meet Dan, and it was just such a lovely afternoon! He was attentive, engaging, non pushy, knowledgeable and kind. Knew exactly the bike to match me up with The TREK company is lucky to have him It was a pleasure to meet him! And Aaron:)

Old guy still passionate about riding, bought a gravel bike a few months ago and found all of the folks great to deal with. How good were they? I just bought a e mountain bike to have even more fun. Aaron and his crew are all about making sure you get what you need, no pressure just years of experience that they kindly share. If you are looking for a relationship and not a transaction, you'll love this place.
