Without doubt the best bike shop in Blacksburg. Grayson and others were able to help me machine a fork crown down, which other shops in and outside of the Blacksburg area were not able to do. This was a life saver, and I will continue to come back every time for their great service and knowledge.

Grayson, Matthew and Meagan are incredible ! I bought an old road bike frame and brought it to the shop with a handful of parts and Grayson did an awesome job of putting it all together. Matthew and Meagan are so helpful about products in the store and ways to enjoy cycling !! They each make the store a great place to visit and I’ll always recommend it to others.

The Trek staff helped me sort out an issue with my bike, turned around a level two service package in one day, and helped me think through replacing my current whip with a newer model, which id been thinking about doing for a while. Great experience!
