I have had numerous leases now over the last 10 years, and have see how companies have operated, either very well or very poorly. After taking delivery of the lease car yesterday, I can attest to Wessex Fleet being the best lease company I have dealt with to date. After initially contacting Wessex Fleet to placing the order, the guided me, and updated me through the entire process. We had regular updates in regard to the status of the order, even when not much was to tell. When coming to the delivery date, I was guided though the delivery process, and even the small things of getting insurance when the car hadn’t been registered, such as providing vehicle spec and vin number. I would definitely recommend dealing with Wessex Fleet, and thank their staff for the professional and helpful manner.

Everyone I dealt with at this company was helpful, polite and quick to respond, often outside of business hours. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. My car was an in-stock vehicle and was delivered just a month after raising my enquiry. All paperwork was submitted via online links and the process was smooth and efficient. I would definitely use Wessex Fleet again in the future.
