The service I received was fantastic! From Willem (I think it was, young bloke on shop floor with broken collarbone pre-Xmas) helping us size up the right bike for my son and being able to thoroughly explain the differences in models with components, etc. He was awesome & as a young bloke, a credit to your team! To then dealing with John to place my order and him chasing the colour scheme I was after and handling the pricing accordingly too. Got the bike in with plenty of time pre-Xmas. Then I picked the bike up a week out from Christmas and dealt with Sarah. She was great fun, with good banter too. The bike I was originally given was the wrong one (wrong size). This being missed on the checking at theor end is the only little hiccup in my dealings. But when I called to explain, Sarah couldn't have owned it any better and jumped into action to rectify before the same days end. She was then super apologetic when I came in and just a pleasure in the end to deal with, so the error is merely a minor inconvenience. I've already recommended the store highly to other friends and family and will continue to.
