Big thank you and big wrap to Guy, Manager at Trek Turramurra. Trek Turramurra have been servicing my Trek Domain 3.1 since new 13 years ago. The bike always runs smoothly with crisp smooth gear changing. Trek Turramurra were heavily booked for servicing and suggested I drop the bike in a couple of days early. Guy took a look at the bike; said it may not need a full service - leave it with me for half an hour for a check over. Guy did a check over minor adjustments and a quick tune at no charge and told me to go cycling and enjoy myself. Excellent first class service.

I took my bike in with a snapped off derailleur on Easter Saturday afternoon, not expecting my bike to be fixed for a couple of weeks. Luckily a hanger was found in stock and the lovely mechanic fixed my bike on the spot.
