Very helpful, the customer service person noticed that I had back/spine issues and she loaded my bike into my car without me asking and with a cheerful smile. Expected finishing date was spot on. Mark was exceptional. Went above and beyond to help pick the right bike and helmet for my sons birthday, ordered helmets in and kept me up to date with progress of the order. After hours emails to keep me in the loop. So helpful and knowledge. Best customer service I have received in years. So refreshing after I walked into bike worx in Erina where I walked out due to the lack of help and disinterest from the staff member there. Not sure if he wasn’t interested in the sale because I wasn’t buying a a top of the line bike, but i did need feel welcome or worthy of being the shop by the gentleman who served me.
