What a great experience we both had, after a helpful but lengthy conversation with on the phone with the friendly staff at trek Turrramurra they suggested l bring my wife trek rail 7 to have it looked at and whilst they did encouraging us both to try the newer models exe and the rail 7 which we did happily taking them both to sample and comparing them different model and motors both side by side. Swapping along the way and comparing notes which was very helpful not leaving any doubt on which each of us preferred. Then, on our return, we were again greeted by staff and manager (Charles) to hear of our thoughts of the bikes even though they we busy. great job Trek Turrramurra we both felt like a very valuable customer thank you

I bought my Trek bike at Trek Turramurra a year ago, and I LOVE it! It is a pleasure to ride, I really enjoy it. I take it on the train to places I enjoy riding, like the Central Coast...see photo.
The staff there are pleasant and friendly.....they fixed my tyre the other day while I waited and always greet me when they see me. Just a lovely shop to go into!

I'm a bit late with this review. Been having too much fun riding. I purchased my new bike before Easter this year. I've been riding my entire life and dealt with many bike shops over the last 30 years. Brad and his team are terrific and the service I receive is outstanding. The new bike fit was measured perfectly, delivered early, as quoted and with all requested additional parts. I knew what I wanted and they delivered. Sometimes online stores just can't deliver. Some shops also don't measure up. Turramurra Cyclery had the answers I needed, a great range of bikes and trustworthy staff who are simply nice people. Thanks Brad and team.

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Charlie North of Trek Bike Turramurra. His customer service is second to none. He is patient, honest as well as helpful in my purchase of a Trek bicycle. I am what you called a problematic customer, riddled with back and knee injuries and my reach and height played a difficult part in size selection. Charles have been so accommodating to my needs. He puts in long hours (after office hour)to calculate the right mixed of measurements for my saddle and handle height plus reach. I subsequently cancelled my order with Giant and bought the Trek bike and i didn't mind the 2 months wait.
