Mark was exceptional. Went above and beyond to help pick the right bike and helmet for my sons birthday, ordered helmets in and kept me up to date with progress of the order. After hours emails to keep me in the loop. So helpful and knowledge. Best customer service I have received in years. So refreshing after I walked into bike worx in Erina where I walked out due to the lack of help and disinterest from the staff member there. Not sure if he wasn’t interested in the sale because I wasn’t buying a a top of the line bike, but i did need feel welcome or worthy of being the shop by the gentleman who served me. Purchased a bike from this shop. A similar bike in Melbourne was at clearance price but Trek Turramarra price matched it saving me time and ofcourse money! I transacted with Tatiana who was very patient with me.
Meanwhile, the seat post on the bike was higher. Taro, one of the esteemed mechanics, ordered a shorter one whilst that was in-transit he loaned me his personal seat post. I am amazed at the level of trust and service he has given me. Trek Turramara, you should get your staff a raise!

Guy is a very knowledgeable and skilled worker and manager. He built a bike up for me in 2022 and was able to look ahead for any potential issues and adjustments. Able to explain technical points in easy to understand language. Fairly realistic view of lay person cycling needs. Does not market products unnecessarily and encourages customers to return ongoing for maintenance etc as they know they'll be in good hands.
