Understandably, bikes stores are crazy busy right now due to COVID-19. Most stores in the area are quoting 3 weeks before they even look at your bike. The crew at Turramurra do their absolute best to accommodate.
Communication is fantastic. They call the moment your bike is ready. Will continue to get all my servicing done there. Highly recommended cycle store.

Great team at Turramurra Cyclery. Picked up cycling this year and been a few times for bike services, purchasing helmets and warranty replacements for a helmet after I crashed. No dramas with anything and realistic timeframes on servicing. Would recommend and planning to regularly go back.

Bought a new Trek Marlin 5 and within a few days the rear de-railer got bent and caught in my wheel. Took it back in and the replaced it within the day. Great service, would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Turramurra Cyclery. I was after a specific bike that seemed to be out of stock everywhere. I contacted these guys by email on a Sunday when they were closed and received an immediate reply.
As I was unable to attend the shop due to COVID restrictions, they offered to deliver the bike (fully assembled) all the way to the Central Coast when other shops wouldn’t even deliver a boxed bike. Monika, Mark & Kelly provided amazing friendly customer service the whole way. By Tuesday night I had this bike in my hands. Can’t thank them enough!

Known then for over 20 years but only recently returned in order to buy 2 new MTB. They were able to secure Trek stock faster than anyone else in Sydney and were true to their word. They spent time with my boys setting up the bikes and providing valuable advice and support. Highly recommended for their service alone, but there is a whole lot more to this local and well established cyclery.

I had a great experience here when I went to buy a new helmet a few days ago. I went in and looked at helmets for a bit and found one that I liked, but was not sure about how much I liked the colour. I asked if they had any other colours in the size that I needed and was very happy with the service I received, after one of the workers very willingly helped me and got out some other colours for me to try. Overall I was very happy and will be returning if there is anything else I need.
