The team is always friendly and helpful, even though they're usually rushed off their feet. Understandably, bikes stores are crazy busy right now due to COVID-19. Most stores in the area are quoting 3 weeks before they even look at your bike. The crew at Turramurra do their absolute best to accommodate.
Communication is fantastic. They call the moment your bike is ready. Will continue to get all my servicing done there. Highly recommended cycle store.

Great team at Turramurra Cyclery. Picked up cycling this year and been a few times for bike services, purchasing helmets and warranty replacements for a helmet after I crashed. No dramas with anything and realistic timeframes on servicing. Would recommend and planning to regularly go back.
