A fantastic business with extremely professional and friendly staff. More bike stores like this please! Bradley in particular was exceptional.

I dealt with Monica, who is one of the nicest sales people and most genuine and honest service people you will deal with.
Her advice was spot on, it’s Xmas day and I have two ultra happy 6 year old boys.

Very friendly and knowledgeable team. Went in to look at a Domane and, instead of selling me the wrong bike, gave me advice that maybe an Emonda would suit my needs better. Regretfully didn't end up buying from them but did purchase an Emonda-equivalent, not Domane. Would recommend.

I took one of our two 25 year old Giant mountain bikes in for a service and a fix up. Came out like Brand new! Dan offered to swap the new seat if it wasn't right - which they did with no problems at all. The crew are some of the friendliest folks around and more than happy to share tips and tricks about getting back into cycling. It's clear everyone who works here has a passion for cycling and are happy to share their expertise with anyone who walks through the door, rookie or pro. A big shout out to the great team at Turramurra Cyclery. I broke a spoke at Galston Gorge today, limped into the shop, and even though it was my first time there they went the extra mile and were kind enough to fix it on the spot(like I was a regular customer) so I could ride home and avoid a taxi (the rim was getting more out of shape and rubbing on the frame). Best bicycle shop north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, very experienced team who know how to fix just about anything on pushy. Service work and gear and reasonably priced and they do offer great specials from time to time. Personally i've found they will spend the time to work out any issues with your ride until you are happy. If i could rate them 6 stars i would.
