The staff remember you by name and are very understanding, especially after I was unable to ride my bike for almost a year due to a foot injury. Tatiami kindly extended my warranty service for 18 months, and when I had rotor issues, Warren and his team fixed the bent rotor on the spot and showed me how to remove the wheels.

I have a 25 year old Trek mountain bike well maintained but getting a bit short in the tooth particularly on the front gear cogs. Changing from 2nd to 3rd sometimes resulted in the chain slipping off and jamming the pedals - not good when cleated in. Turramurra TREK did a fantastic job replacing the front gear cogs and the gear changes are now smooth and less adrenaline fuelled. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
