Their product knowledge is seriously impressive - you can tell they really know the bikes inside out, not just the specs but how everything actually rides and fits in the real world.
I’m between two bike sizes, and what really stood out was the effort they went to - they built up bikes in two different sizes for me to check. That made a huge difference in getting the right fit and feeling confident in the decision.

Since the Rouse Hill store is closed, I had to bring my bikes to Turramurra for the service. The team gave me tips and advice since I don’t have a bike rack attached to my car.
I will definitely come back for their service again!

Amanda was wonderful with my family. She attended us as soon as we walked in. Fitted my son with a helmet we requested. Gave a rough run down on styles but given he is only 11 made sure it was suited to him and for growth. Well done ! A fantastic customer service experience. A bright well planned store and everything at your fingertips. I didn’t mind spending the extra for outstanding care and attention.
