They care about great customer service and got me back on the trail quickly during busy summer riding season when I needed service on a rear hub. Got it done in a couple of days when other shops were scheduled out weeks!
This is a relatively small service department though; just a couple of techs that I've seen, and they do specialize in Trek/Bontrager components - but for most basic maintenance I still recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience & I can't say enough good things. I got all set up with a new fitness bike that I couldn't be happier with...it rides like a dream. They also got my old bike working better than any other repair shop has been able to, It's working better than ever and now I have a nice spare bike.

Trek Bicycles of Centerville is it professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful bike shop! Sam, the manager does a great job and his technicians are skilled and very helpful. Highly recommend!

The team here is seriously the best and most thorough I have encountered when it comes to servicing my bike. The manager, Sam, was so helpful and got my bike in and out quicker than I expected (broken spokes and service). They are also thoughtful and courteous. I needed help unloading and loading my bike and a member of their team was right there to assist.
