I was missing a bolt for my rear suspension and called ahead 40 minutes before they closed and was told to bring it in so they could take a look and see if they had a replacement. Joe was so helpful and put my bike up on the stand right away and found a spare that was the exact replacement. Got extremely lucky and ended up buying new grips that were marked $25.99 and they ended up ringing up at like $18 on sale. All said and done it was under $20 and he had the bolt replaced, and grips installed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be back to get more work done in the future. All staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great vibe, thanks guys!

I just happen to stop by this store because I was in the area to look at another bike. They were really helpful and responsive. I ended up buying my bike from them, even though it would’ve been more convenient to go to a closer store to my house. Riley was Particularly helpful. I was buying this bike for my daughter‘s birthday, and Riley went out of her way to put a bow on the bike and make it special.

Thank you Trek Bicycle Cottonwood Heights. I was able to take advantage of “Trade in Trade up” with the professional help of Rylie. Rode out of the shop on a banger Trek Rail 9.8 GX in a colorway that matches my Subaru Outback Wilderness. The e-MTB is fantastic and I’m enjoying riding for hours at a time. New to the SLC area this has become my LBS.

This Trek location has been a life-changer for me. I started later in the season with a lower-end Edmonda, but it quickly became clear that I had bigger ambitions and that cycling would be a healthy outlet. Though I was nearly two months past the return date, Rylie took the time to understand my situation and helped me upgrade to a Madone with SRAM electronic shifting and a Garmin Edge 1040 mounted via Bontrager Blendr. The entire team was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely supportive as I learned. Now, with a Wahoo trainer in the mix, I’m using this time to go from 0 to a full century ride. This is the only place I’ll go for anything bike-related. I couldn’t be more impressed with their care and expertise.
