I was living in Draper so it wasn’t the closest bike shop to me but a friend of mine recommended it to me as the best bile shop in the salt lake region.
I had a few issues with my Canyon eMTB strive on so I had to come back a few times to get it fixed. We also did a tune, when I got the bike it looked brand new and felt brand new.
I have to say Riley and Jeremy really went above and beyond to make sure the bike was completely fixed with no more issues and the price was absolutely fair! Everybody is really friendly and welcoming. I now live a few blocks from the shop it’ll be my go to shop.
I highly recommend!

Amazing service! I went in about 45 minutes before close. I didn’t expect them to work on my bike that night let alone get it done. O’Neill worked really hard to go out of his way and get it done that night. Jay was also very helpful. They were honest in telling me what repairs were necessary and what ones weren’t. Highly recommend!

This was my first time buying a nice bike, and the whole staff was very very supportive. Rylie explained everything about my bike to me, and was super kind about going more into details about things I wanted to learn more about. Jeremy let me test ride the bike and even helped teach me how to get on/off a bike with a higher saddle than I am used to! Everyone at this shop is so kind, down to earth, highly knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I look forward to spending more time in Trek Cottonwood Heights for future bike services and any questions I might have.

In today’s world where everyone is a capitalistic robot and you’re mentally prepare to get ripped off for any purchase, this place is seriously a giant breath of fresh air with real humans to interact with! Shoutout to Jeremy who helped pick out our first legit bike purchase.
I have so many great things to say about this store. The location is perfect, tons of free parking. The staff is always smiling no matter how busy it is. They are very efficient and turn a 5 o’clock rush into a hang out that goes by so fast.
Tons of options here from road to gravel and MTB. They even have the digital biking app set up on Zwift or whatever it’s called which is good to know for indoor winter riding.
The have accessories like shoes, helmets, sunglasses, apparel, tires, tools, etc. no need to go to a sporting store after your purchase.
I also love the recommended trails on the wall, already hit a few and loved them! This team is so legit, shoutout to everyone on this team and giant thank you to Jeremy for making this purchase the easiest decision!

Went in on Sunday afternoon to have my little girls front brake fixed on her bike ( We didn’t even purchase the bike from her shop) .. Riley had me in and out in about 10 minutes and gave me a very reasonable price! She was a lifesaver as my little one had a biking camp day the following morning, thank you so much Riley !

The store manager Rylie was exceptionally helpful. She was knowledgeable and patient, making sure we understood our options and the pros/cons of different bikes.
I especially appreciate her direct communication and inclusion as she fit my 11yo daughter for her bike.

Riley and Jeremy at Trek Cottonwood Heights are seriously the goats. I’ve been going to this Trek for roughly a year now. Extremely friendly, fair-priced, knowledgeable, and will treat you right. They just want to get you back out riding, and it shows. I’d give my highest recommendation to them and this shop.
