Riley was super helpful from the time I purchased the bike online to picking it up in store. She walked me through everything and even placed a bow on the bike since it’s a Christmas gift. The quality of Trek bikes is top notch, we have been using them for over 4 years now. I also love their trade in program they offer on their kids bikes making it easier for us to size up when they outgrew them.

Needed my son’s first bike assembled from Guardian. We didn’t have time and wanted to make sure it was done properly. Called to ask if they could do this and what it would cost. The crew members were straight forward, honest and helpful with all the info on timing and our bike. Dropped it off, which took 5-7 minutes, they assembled it within a couple days and even held it until we were ready to pick it up a few days later which also took about 10 minutes. Made it incredibly easy to surprise our son with his first bike on his birthday. Thank you Trek!

Okay I don’t know what trek is doing but they always have the nicest employees anywhere I go… called in talked to a very nice person on the phone. Then got there and they were very friendly felt like they already knew me and I had been going there for years
