This would be entirely due to the friendly nature of the front desk staff who I have had the pleasure of interacting with multiple times.
Riley at the front desk is always helpful , friendly, and informative. Another younger gentleman with dark hair whose name I did not catch as well as a younger blonde lady with tattoos on her arm are both also extremely friendly informative and helpful every time I have been in.

Trek Bicycle in Cottonwood Heights was a great place for me to get my bike serviced. I inherited this bike that hadn't been used much and I didn't really know what to do with it. The friendly staff at Trek gave it an on-the-spot assessment and recommended some services. I picked up the bike the next week and it was great. I stopped in to get the handlebars adjusted and they were able to do that on the fly. Super helpful for me to get this kind of service when I know nothing about bikes! Now I am commuting to work a couple days a week on a bike!

I was missing a bolt for my rear suspension and called ahead 40 minutes before they closed and was told to bring it in so they could take a look and see if they had a replacement. Joe was so helpful and put my bike up on the stand right away and found a spare that was the exact replacement. Got extremely lucky and ended up buying new grips that were marked $25.99 and they ended up ringing up at like $18 on sale. All said and done it was under $20 and he had the bolt replaced, and grips installed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be back to get more work done in the future. All staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great vibe, thanks guys!
