Needed my son’s first bike assembled from Guardian. We didn’t have time and wanted to make sure it was done properly. Called to ask if they could do this and what it would cost. The crew members were straight forward, honest and helpful with all the info on timing and our bike. Dropped it off, which took 5-7 minutes, they assembled it within a couple days and even held it until we were ready to pick it up a few days later which also took about 10 minutes. Made it incredibly easy to surprise our son with his first bike on his birthday. Thank you Trek!

Well run Trek store as most Trek stores are. Service manager Jeremy is great to work with friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable on service needs and possible improvements. Service work done on-time and correctly. Over all a pleasant and relaxing environment to buy or have a bike serviced.

I repainted my Emonda Frame up build. Reassembly proved to be more than my patience would allow. So I brought the Big J version of a Project One to Trek Cottonwood to fine tune the rebuild and get it dialed in. These guys nailed it! Rides like a new bike, AGAIN! Thanks.
