The staff. They are incredible. I shopped around several different bike shops and on-line and I ended up getting an incredible deal here, but that is secondary to the treatment I received from the staff, especially from the lady who helped me when I made my purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me. After the service I received there I’ll honestly never consider another bike shop other than this one.

Riley was super helpful from the time I purchased the bike online to picking it up in store. She walked me through everything and even placed a bow on the bike since it’s a Christmas gift. The quality of Trek bikes is top notch, we have been using them for over 4 years now. I also love their trade in program they offer on their kids bikes making it easier for us to size up when they outgrew them.
