The store manager Rylie was exceptionally helpful. She was knowledgeable and patient, making sure we understood our options and the pros/cons of different bikes.
I especially appreciate her direct communication and inclusion as she fit my 11yo daughter for her bike.

Riley and Jeremy at Trek Cottonwood Heights are seriously the goats. I’ve been going to this Trek for roughly a year now. Extremely friendly, fair-priced, knowledgeable, and will treat you right. They just want to get you back out riding, and it shows. I’d give my highest recommendation to them and this shop.

Rylie was beyond helpful in picking out mountain bikes. We are new to Utah and new to the mountain bike scene (but not biking scene), but it’s a whole different world. Rylie took time with us, helped determine what would be best for us, explained everything about the bikes and what we might need. She loves what she does and is great at what she does. I highly recommend this store and ask for Rylie!

Fantastic! Quick service. My bike was done in literally 25 minutes and at a lower price than I expected. I have visited a few local shops and this was by FAR the best. Don't screw around with the other places, just go here. I will be from now on!

The staff. They are incredible. I shopped around several different bike shops and on-line and I ended up getting an incredible deal here, but that is secondary to the treatment I received from the staff, especially from the lady who helped me when I made my purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me. After the service I received there I’ll honestly never consider another bike shop other than this one.
