GREAT bike service!

I stopped by the Trek store in Cottonwood Heights with a few older used bikes, including a pink bike with a seat that was completely stuck. I had actually taken it to another bike shop earlier in the day, and they weren’t able to get it adjusted.
Rylie got after it! The bike was being stubborn, but she told me that just made her want to be more stubborn — and she absolutely won that battle! She put in the time, used some serious grit, and got it working perfectly. I now have quick-release seat adjustments on the bikes, and they’ve got a whole new life!
Honestly, Rylie made my day. Her work ethic, persistence, and attitude were awesome to see. She didn’t just tell me it couldn’t be done — she figured it out.
I couldn’t be happier with the experience and will absolutely be back. I highly recommend Rylie and the Trek Cottonwood Heights team!

Had to find a new bike shop after moving and the Trek store in cottonwood heights has been great. So far, after every tune up, my bike has rode excellently. And the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I have even gone in there asking for an expensive repair I thought I needed, only for them to address the problem with a lower price repair. That’s a sign of a customer first, ethical operation. Would recommend to everyone(even if your bike isn’t a Trek!)

I was living in Draper so it wasn’t the closest bike shop to me but a friend of mine recommended it to me as the best bile shop in the salt lake region.
I had a few issues with my Canyon eMTB strive on so I had to come back a few times to get it fixed. We also did a tune, when I got the bike it looked brand new and felt brand new.
I have to say Riley and Jeremy really went above and beyond to make sure the bike was completely fixed with no more issues and the price was absolutely fair! Everybody is really friendly and welcoming. I now live a few blocks from the shop it’ll be my go to shop.
I highly recommend!

Amazing service! I went in about 45 minutes before close. I didn’t expect them to work on my bike that night let alone get it done. O’Neill worked really hard to go out of his way and get it done that night. Jay was also very helpful. They were honest in telling me what repairs were necessary and what ones weren’t. Highly recommend!
