He also spotted a lose connection on the starter that was the ground wire bolt.

I cannot express enough how great the customer service is at Labarons. I refuse to deal anymore with a couple big shops that are a lot closer to me. I'll drive the half hour to go here instead! They are fair, great prices, and knowledgeable! Plus they sold me my Honda that I absolutely love! Don't make the mistake of going anywhere else! These guys ROCK! And they stand by their work..unlike a shop by me who totally jacked me on my boys bike.. Won't be going to that place again..I should have gone here to begin with!! Thanks Chad and Ryan!! Labarons did a complete engine build for my 2006 Honda CRF450R Supermoto build. Every nut and bolt was brand new. Had a Hot Rods crank/rod, and bored the cylinder to match 468cc JE Piston, ported head with bronze seats and stainless steel valves, stage 3 HotCam, etc. This bike is so freaking fast! They did a great job. I also had them send my suspension to McNichols for annodizing which came out great as well. These guys are a pleasure to work with, and are very friendly. Not to many powersports places left where the employees aren't dickhead know-it-all's. I spent a ton of cash with these guys and would do it again.

Got fed up with my local dealers/shops not being able to do the work, or taking my work, holding it for weeks, and then telling me they couldn't do anything for me.
This place is a forty minute drive for me, but well worth the trip. Alex taught me a whole lot, was honest with me (which meant having less work done than I thought I needed!), and just overall really helpful. He got my head machining work done way earlier than was quoted.
Hoping I finally found a good place I can take projects when they get too big for me to handle on my own. They are a vesrah, dynojet, and hotcams distributor which is even more of a plus.
