I know I've reviewed them before, but if any place deserves another glowing review, this one does.
I have always been greeted with kindness and good humor. My questions are always answered and i FEEL HEARD! This is a huge deal in the world of medicine, especially as a woman.
They have all shown so much patience and compassion concerning my anxiety. I actually kinda look forward to my appointments. How weird is that? Looking forward to dental appointments? What?! But seriously...I do.
The office seems to be pretty up to date on newer technology. I think, because of this, it is more expensive than some of the surrounding area. To me, it's worth it. Not only do I know I'm getting fantastic dental care, but I know that the whole staff is well- educated, compassionate, and respectful.
As with my last review, this place is LGBTQIA friendly. I can't remember if their forms are up to date, but Kirsten is on point with her open and affirming attitude. Everyone my eldest has seen has respected their pronouns and preferred name. Even when the pronouns changed, the staff had no problem keeping up. My lgbtqia family members have all felt accepted here. This is a huge deal, what with it being a rural midwest small city. Huuuuuge kudos for that. Words cannot come close to expressing what a huge deal that is. Thank you all.
If I were better at remembering names, I would definitely call them out for going above and beyond. Legitimately, every single human I've interacted with has been amazing.
