We drove 8 hours for our walkthrough and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment you walk into Western RV, the entire team is friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Cheryl was amazing to work with and extremely knowledgeable about Montana fifth wheels. She went above and beyond for us — even coming in on her days off to do several virtual walk-throughs so we could see the unit and ask questions before making the trip.
Lanette in Finance was fantastic — very knowledgeable, transparent, and never pressured us to purchase anything we didn’t need.
During our walkthrough, Josh our technician was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to go over everything and answer all of our questions so we felt completely confident with our new RV.

We lost both of our passenger tires on our 5th wheel when we were heading through Lethbridge down to our wedding and they got us fixed up and drivable in the same day. They had 3 guys working on our camper the second we pulled in trying to figure out the best way to fix it. The whole crew is very fair and great to deal with. An amazing place to take your camper when you need anything fixed or for your camper! Thank you much to the people that helped us get back on the road!!

So far, so good! We have never towed a trailer before. We purchased a small Sunlite trailer. I was extremely happy with the Sales Team, Glen & Olaf; as well as the showroom staff/reception. We finally found the trailer we could handle with a small SUV. I would've hoped for Western to include a quick check of the SUV to ensure we had everything needed to tow what we bought in advance. Just a suggestion. When we moved on to finance, we we dealt with Deany. She was friendly, and fantastic... Even when I questioned the deals made by the sales team, she was able to explain the limitations. The best part of our experience was that Western offered to store our new trailer until the spring. We need to learn fast. One more shout-out to the young man who gave us our trailer tour. He was also very good at explaining, and answering our questions. We hope to have another one on one with Western RV when we pick-up. The negative reviews indicate that once they've sold a trailer, they don't follow through. I hope that's not the case.

We purchased a Coachmen Catalina 164BHX Summit Series RV this July 2025 from Western RV in Airdrie. Our objective was primarily to find a lite bumper pull for "Off Grid" camping. We dealt with Cheryl M. With her patience and product knowledge, we found the right unit for us. It's rugged enough for back country camping but included comforts like a biffy, large fridge and freezer and room for our grandkids. This unit is so compact it's under 5000 lbs and tows like a breeze with our Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. We have been loyal customers of Western RV Airdrie since 2006. We began our relationship with a Toy Hauler, then a 2008 Park Model, followed by a 2020 5th Wheel and now our new off grid trailer. We truly feel part of the Western RV family. Everyone is so friendly, kind and professional. We have always felt respected and valued as customers. Each visit starts with a sincere welcome by Robin or Renae.
