John in the sales department took my call when I had some questions about a trailer on the lot. He spent his lunch hour on FaceTime showing me the entire trailer inside and out. He explained everything I needed/wanted to know about the unit, saving me from the 8 hour drive. They made the decision to buy from them easy. It was hassle free process. When picking up the trailer they take as much time as you need to show you everything about the trailer, how all the systems operate.

Hey everyone. If you have not the had the chance to meet the crew over at western rv in Lethbridge your missing out. When you walk through the door they meet you with a smile. We dropped our trailer off for some warranty work recently, they did amazing work to get it done, when I went back to look it over I was not quite happy with one issue. They were more than willing to address the issue. Jose there shop lead hand was all over it along with Greg the manager and Laura the warranty manager. Jose did an outstanding job in my eyes, if you have not had a chance go meet them or deal with western rv I recommend you do.

My husband and I purchased a used Lance Trailer at the end of September. We are located six hours away and had lots of questions. Mike our salesman was amazing to deal with and prompt with all his replies. They found an issue with the hot water truma system during their inspection and went out of their way to have that part sourced and installed before we arrived to look at the unit. Another employee (can't remember his name) spent alot of time with us going through the trailer and patiently answering all of our questions. We financed our tailer and Michael (finance person) offered us lots of addtional services, but, was not pushy in anyway. Overall, it was a great experience and we are very happy with our new to us Lance 1575.
