4 years agoDon't work. I understand how they're supposed to work, the instructions are very clear, but for me they just didn't work at all. I understand how they're supposed to work, the instructions are very clear, but for me they just didn't work at all. Boots were slightly dryer than beforehand but as I leave them for 2 days (2 pairs of boots, wear each pair every other day), no dryer than I'd have expected simply left to dry. It's a big no from me.Oh and one other thing, which might be coincidence, might not. While I was using these, the sole in one of my boots seems to have lost the glue that keeps it in place. It comes out every time I take that boot off. Like I say, may not be the fault of the item, might just be a time thing (it does happen sooner or later with all boots). But I wouldn't recommend them anyway, so doesn't really matter why it's happened. Back to scrunched up newspaper now it's autumn for me.

They work brilliantly and are a much more hygenic way to dry boots. As soon as they arrived I used them on my soggy wetsuit boots and within a few hours they were dry! They arrived really quickly too with a lovely handwritten thank you which was a nice touch. Thank you drysure for the #gamechanger!

See MoreI bought a pair of Drysure , and I have to say they are the best thing ever. Straight after a run I put these into my sweaty trainers for a couple of hours, and when I took them out, that horrible smell I usually get in my trainers was gone. I’m yet to try them in wet trainers, it will be better than keep stuffing news paper in them multiple times ! I would definitely recommend these, big thumbs up 👍

See MoreI found out about Drysure through an Outdoor magazine (The Ramblers Magazine) - The product looked ideal for drying boots which is always a problem (though not done much walking recently due to restrictions and not having a car and not wishing to use public transport due to it being for key workers!!) Product arrived very promptly and e-mailed care instructions sent prior to the product arriving and then a nice note from James on the delivery note All instructions seem very clear - just keep hold of the sealed packed it is in!! Very well packaged item Hope not too use it on not too many occasions but knowing the Great British weather I am sure they will provide invaluable!!

Works much better than anticipated for a non-plugged in device. We have a UV light but can’t travel with it. This has been great on the road and having the ability to leave in the stinky ski boots until they next time we hit the slopes!

Wouldn’t be without these now when I’m active outdoors. Did have a small issue with a tiny hole in one of the silicone bags but James and Drysure sent me a complete new set no issues and super quick, so I wasn’t without a pair for that long. So on top of a Great product also top quality customer service and a great company to deal with.

Works well for sweaty snowboard boots - they smell brand new! Also worked well to dry out some runners that got soaked on a wet day. They are big enough that you can also use one dryer for two shoes, so could dry two pairs of normal shoes at once when travelling.

5 years agoVery useful, but the user manual should be updated. From my experience there is no way you can execute 10 drying before "recharging". They say you need to put them in the oven for 2 hours to reset them. This works, but after use they adv ... See MoreVery useful, but the user manual should be updated. From my experience there is no way you can execute 10 drying before "recharging". They say you need to put them in the oven for 2 hours to reset them. This works, but after use they advise putting them in their plastic bag and do that 10 times before putting back in the oven. However, from my experience, this does not work. What I do is, between use, I leave them on a heater, near a fireplace or on a hot air outlet. So when I am skiing they are drying, when I am not they are in my boots. This has been efficient, and they maintained their efficiency over a 10 days trip like this. I still put them in the oven between ski trips, so I do not know past 10 days if that still works. With that little modification on their usage, I have been satisfied. If you follow their direction, they will likely only work on the first usage, second will leave your boots wet.

5 years agoA must have for ski trips! Brought these for my trip to the alps and they were perfect. Boots were dry and smell free every morning for the full 8 days. Excellent product!A must have for ski trips! Brought these for my trip to the alps and they were perfect. Boots were dry and smell free every morning for the full 8 days. Excellent product!
